Artículo 198. RESOLUCIONES DE LA CAJA DE SUELDOS DE RETIRO DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL. El reconocimiento de asignaciones de retiro y pensiones de beneficiarios que corresponda a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, se hará con base en los documentos señalados en él artículo anterior, mediante resolución del Director General de la misma, contra la cual procede el recurso de reposición ante el mismo funcionario.
