Artículo tercero. Autorizase igualmente a la Junta Directiva de la empresa Puertos de Colombia para establecer, reglamentar y recaudar, cuando sea el caso, las tarifas del almacenamiento de mercancías depositadas en las bodegas de los Terminales Marítimos y Fluviales de la Empresa. Estas tarifas entrarán en vigencia una vez sean aprobadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
