Los Empleados Públicos A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Continuarán Rigiéndose En Materia De Prestaciones Sociales Y Demás Factores Salariales Por Las Disposiciones Legales Vigentes Para El Instituto

º. Los empleados públicos a que se refiere el presente Decreto, continuarán rigiéndose en materia de prestaciones sociales y demás factores salariales por las disposiciones legales vigentes para el Instituto.

Parágrafo

Los empleados públicos que se vinculen al Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, Inravisión con posterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, percibirán las prestaciones sociales establecidas para el régimen general de los empleados públicos, teniendo en cuenta la remuneración asignada para el respectivo empleo y en los términos y condiciones señalados en la ley.
