Las partidas necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley se incluirán en los Presupuestos de las próximas vigencias. El Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los créditos correspondientes, tomando las sumas necesarias de fondos ordinarios o extraordinarios.
