Artículo segundo. La mora en el giro mensual de los aportes al Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, por parte de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, causará a éstas y a favor del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, intereses del 2 y 1/2% mensual y proporcionalmente al período de la mora.
