Artículo cuarto. Los servicios a que se refiere el. artículo segundo del presente Decreto serán prestados por todas las dependencias de la Higiene Nacional, y en particular por el Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública, en los términos de los respectivos Convenios por el Instituto de Estudios Especiales "Carlos Finlay", en los términos del respectivo Convenio; por el Departamento Nacional de Salubridad y los organismos dependientes de él; en los términos de los respectivos contratos; por el Departamento de Asistencia Pública y Previsión Social, por el Instituto Nacional de Higiene Samper Martínez y por el Departamento de Tuberculosis y Lepra.
