Es obligatorio á los Bancos hipotecarlos, bajo pena de perder los privilegios que en esta Ley se conceden, la formación de un fondo de reserva en adición de su capital social, compuesto de no menos del 10 por 100 de las sumas que anualmente se declaren como utilidad repartible entre los accionistas.
