La adquisición de los bienes muebles que requiera la Empresa se hará conforme a las disposiciones del Decreto número 2370 de 1968. Las compras directas que pueda realizar de acuerdo con el mismo Decreto se ajustarán a las disposiciones generales vigentes sobre la materia y a las particulares que se consagren en los actos de la Junta Directiva.
