amends decreto 663/93

El numeral 1 del artículo 114 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así:

"Artículo 114. Causales . 1. Corresponde a la Superintendencia Bancaria tomar posesión inmediata de los bienes, haberes y negocios de una entidad vigilada cuando se presente alguno de los siguientes hechos que, a su juicio, hagan necesaria la medida y previo concepto del consejo asesor."
