º OBJETO. El régimen disciplinario para los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad tiene por objeto asegurar la eficiencia en la prestación de los servicios que la ley le asigne a este organismo; garantizar la moralidad, buena conducta, disciplina y cabal cumplimiento de los deberes y obligaciones de los empleados; proteger sus derechos; fijar sanciones, deducir responsabilidades, según su comportamiento oficial.
