Todos los Cónsules tendrán derecho de cobrar para ellos por los trabajos que practiquen en el despacho de barcos o en otras actuaciones, siempre que los documentos respectivos les sean presentados fuera de las horas de oficina, o en días feriados, un recargo del cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) de los derechos respectivos.
