°. Bonificación de dirección . El empleo señalado en el artículo 3 percibirá en las mismas condiciones y cuantía la bonificación de dirección establecida en el Decreto 3150 de 2005 compilado en el Decreto 2699 de 2012 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
