Dirección General. 1.1 Oficina Asesora Jurídica 1.2 Oficina Asesora de Planeación. 1.3 Oficina de Control Interno. 1.4 Subdirección de Información Geológico Minera.

Secretaría General.

Dirección del Servicio Geológico. 3.1 Subdirección de Geología Básica. 3.2 Subdirección de Recursos del Subsuelo. 3.3 Subdirección de Amenazas Geológicas y Entorno Ambiental.

Dirección del Servicio Minero. 4.1 Subdirección de Contratación y Titulación Minera. 4.2 Subdirección de Fiscalización y Ordenamiento Minero.

Organos de Asesoría y Coordinación. 5.1 Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno. 5.2 Comisión de Personal”.
