Las entidades hospitalarias, públicas o privadas, deberán emplear profesionales en Instrumentación Quirúrgica que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos de conformidad con la presente ley. Quienes no cumplan con tales requisitos, tendrán un plazo de tres (3) años, a partir de la promulgación de esta ley, para hacerlo.
