Cuando las circunstancias del Tesoro lo permitan, se apropiará la suma de diez mil pesos ($10.000) anuales, para el fomento de la Misión a que se refiere el artículo anterior, por el término de cinco años, a contar de la vigencia próxima.

Parágrafo

La suma expresada se entregará en un solo contado al representante legal de la Misión, a la presentación de la respectiva cuenta de cobro.
