POSESION DE LOS EMPLEADOS PUBLICOS DE LAS INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS Y DE SUS ENTIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS. Los empleados públicos de las Intendencias y Comisarías y de sus entidades descentralizadas, tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el Intendente, Comisario o representante legal de la entidad respectiva o ante el funcionario en quien éstos deleguen dicha facultad.
