Con el objeto de fomentar el pronto establecimiento de carnicerías y refrigeradoras para la exportación de carnes (Packing Houses), la Nación reconocerá un interés del 4 por 100 anual sobre el capital invertido en edificios y maquinarias, a las Compañías que establezcan en la Costa Atlántica y en la del Pacífico empresas de dicha clase.
