Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 126-3 del Estatuto Tributario, el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología deberá acogerse a lo establecido en el artículo 9º del Decreto Reglamentario 2076 de 1992, respecto a la información sobre programas, proyectos e inversiones en ciencia y tecnología autorizados.
