Corresponde al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y a las direcciones departamentales y municipales del sistema de salud, llevar el registro especial de las personas naturales o jurídicas privadas que presten servicios de salud, de acuerdo con el reglamento que expida, el mismo Ministerio.
