Contrato de fiducia mercantil. De acuerdo con las facultades atribuidas por el artículo 23 de la Ley 1469 de 2011, el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda podrá administrar los recursos del subsidio de que trata el presente capítulo, mediante la constitución de patrimonios autónomos. Para tal efecto, podrá hacerse uso del patrimonio autónomo constituido en el marco del Programa “Semillero de Propietarios” de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.1.1.6.4.1 del presente decreto
