Artículo duodécimo. Los Fiscales de los Tribunales Administrativos serán nombrados por el Presidente de la República para un período de dos años, de ternas presentadas por el Procurador General la Nación, y deberán reunir las mismas condiciones que los Magistrados de los Tribunales Administrativos.
