El Gobierno dictará las providencias conducentes a obtener la colaboración eficaz, en esta obra, de las Estaciones Meteorológicas, ya existentes de las que puedan fundar las Misiones establecidas en el país, los centros de enseñanza de agricultura y otros institutos que estén en aptitud de prestar este servicio.
