º El artículo 98 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así: "Artículo 98. Hay contratos de trabajo con los representantes, agentes vendedores y agentes viajeros, cuando al servicio de personas determinadas, bajo su continuada dependencia y mediante remuneración se dediquen personalmente al ejercicio de su profesión y no constituyan por sí mismos una empresa comercial. Estos trabajadores deben proveerse de una licencia para ejercer su profesión, que expedirá el Ministerio de Fomento".
