Demoras. Si hay retardo para decidir en las actuaciones administrativas iniciadas de oficio, o por un particular en cumplimiento de un deber legal, podrá ejercerse el derecho de petición para que concluyan dichas actuaciones en la forma que el interesado considere conveniente.
