º . Al celebrarse el contrato sobre prórroga del Banco de la República, éste consignará en poder del Tesoro Nacional, a título de regalía adicional, la suma de $ 12.754.000.00. Dicha cantidad será amortizada semestralmente en forma gradual y como gasto ordinario, en el término de 20 años, con las utilidades del Banco.
