Ley 30 de 1925 · Por la cual se reforma la 72 de 1919, sobre asignaciones civiles, y se dictan otras disposiciones

A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, restablecense las Escuelas Normales de Institutoras de la Republica, creadas conforme a las leyes, las que tendrán el mismo personal y las mismas asignaciones que las Escuelas de Institutores, de acuerdo con lo que dispone la presente Ley.

Parágrafo 1

También gozaran estas Escuelas del mismo número de becas y pensiones alimenticias que tenían señaladas en el Presupuesto cuando fueron suprimidas.

Parágrafo 2

Autorizase al Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Publicas para que dicte las disposiciones necesarias al funcionamiento de las mencionadas Escuelas.

Parágrafo 3

En la Ley de Apropiaciones de 1925 incluirá el Gobierno las partidas respectivas para dar cumplimiento a este artículo.
