Ámbito de aplicación Régimen de Medidas Mínimas Están obligadas a adoptar el Régimen de Medidas Mínimas las APNFD que pertenezcan a cualquiera de los sectores señalados, y conforme a los criterios mencionados, en el numeral 25/27 CIRCULAR EXTERNA 4.3 del presente Capítulo X. Respecto de las Empresas inspeccionadas por la Superintendencia de Sociedades, no estarán obligadas en la medida en que se encuentren vigiladas por otra entidad especializada en razón de su actividad y que tenga facultades para impartir instrucciones en materia de LA/FT/FPADM.
