De los Sectores de Riesgo . El Fondo de Contingencias Contractuales de las Entidades Estatales atenderá las obligaciones contingentes que contraigan las entidades sometidas al régimen aquí señalado, en virtud de la celebración de los contratos indicados en el artículo 22 de la Ley 185 de 1995, ya sea que ellos se rijan por el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública o por disposiciones contractuales especiales, en relación con los siguientes sectores

Infraestructura de transporte.

Energético.

Saneamiento básico.

Agua potable.

Comunicaciones.
