De la dilatación injustificada del pago. La Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá a las compañías aseguradoras que incurran en conductas tendientes a dilatar injustificadamente el pago de las indemnizaciones correspondientes a accidentes de tránsito, multas hasta de 1000 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes a la fecha de la sanción.
