Art. 7.° Para que pueda tener cumplimiento la disposición final del artículo anterior, el individuo que solicite licencia para matar una res, presentará una guía expedida por el Recaudador respectivo. en la cual conste que ha pagado el impuesto que tal res ha de causar á favor de la Nación. Cuando el impuesto se recaude por la Administración, el Recaudador será el empleado de local de que trata el artículo 3.° de este decreto. Cuando la recaudación se haga por arrendamiento, el Recaudador será el arrendatario, ó el individuo á quien éste recomiende en cada localidad.
