° El jurado integrado conforme el artículo 4° del Decreto 276 hará la evaluación y calificación de las campañas desarrolladas por cada medio teniendo en cuenta los aspectos señalados en el artículo 2° del mismo Decreto que a la letra dice: a) creatividad; b) originalidad; c) calidad del mensaje; d) frecuencia o intensidad; e) poder de penetración y f) cubrimiento.
