amends Artículo 370 CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951

El artículo 370 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así:

Artículo 370. Validez de la modificación .

Ninguna modificación de los estatutos sindicales tiene validez ni comenzará a regir, mientras no se efectúe su inscripción en el registro que para tales efectos lleve el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
