Los contratos de que tratan los artículos anteriores, deben sujetarse a las disposiciones del Decreto 222 de 1983 y normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan. Parágrafo. Cuando se convenga que parte de las antigüedades o valores recuperados se darán al contratista como pago de la totalidad del contrato, no se exigirán registro presupuestal, ni cláusula sobre sujeción de pagos a apropiaciones presupuestales.
