Acumulación En Personas Naturales

Acumulación en personas naturales. Se entenderán otorgadas a una misma persona natural, las siguientes operaciones

Las otorgadas a su cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente y los parientes dentro del 2° grado de consanguinidad, 2° de afinidad y único civil.

Las celebradas con personas jurídicas respecto de las cuales la persona natural, su cónyuge, compañero o compañera permanente o los parientes indicados en el numeral anterior se encuentren en alguno de los supuestos de acumulación contemplados en el artículo 10.
