Integración y periodicidad de los Consejos Subregionales. Los Consejos Subregionales de Rehabilitación están integrados por delegados de los Consejos Municipales de Rehabilitación. Cuando se constituyan Consejos Subregionales, éstos definirán autónomamente la periodicidad de sus reuniones. El alcalde del municipio donde se realice el Consejo Subregional de Rehabilitación, será quien lo presida. Sin embargo, los Consejeros podrán designar como presidente a cualquiera de los alcaldes de los otros municipios participantes.
