Orden de beneficiarios . Las prestaciones sociales por causa de muerte en servicio activo de los Alumnos de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales se pagarán según el siguiente orden preferencial

A los padres legítimos o "naturales del alumno.

A los hermanos y a las hermanas célibes del alumno. TITULO SEPTIMO Disposiciones varias
