Art.9. o Aplícanse a las Universidades las rentas, bienes i acciones destinados por las fundaciones para la enseñanza pública en los lugares en que haí establecida Universidad, siempre que dichos bienes i rentas no hayan recibido la aplicación debida, o habiéndola recibido hayan dejado de tenerla después; i será de cargo de las Universidades cumplir la voluntad de los fundadores dando a la renta la aplicación ordenada.
