Continuidad en la prestación de servicios de salud. En todo evento en que se produzca el traslado de un afiliado de una Entidad Promotora de Salud a otra y existan sentencias de tutela que obliguen la prestación de servicios de Salud excluidos del Plan Obligatorio de Salud y ordenen el recobro al Fosyga, la Entidad Promotora de Salud receptora prestará los servicios y el Fosyga efectuará el pago correspondiente a esta última, sin el requisito de adjuntar la sentencia de tutela, siempre y cuando el Fosyga ya esté reconociendo el recobro ordenado en la tutela.
