El procedimiento en los juicios será el mismo que detalla la Ordenanza 87 de 1912, para los juicios por fraude a las rentas de licores y degüello, y en lo que no determine esta Ordenanza, sobre procedimiento, se aplicarán las disposiciones análogas del Código Judicial.
