Distribución y provisión . El Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN-, hará la distribución y la provisión de los empleos temporales que se crean en el artículo 1 del presente decreto, para lo cual tendrá en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las disposiciones legales vigentes.
