Informe de actividades de riesgo. Los informes y estudios sobre actividades de riesgo adelantados por las entidades administradoras de riesgos profesionales son de conocimiento publico, así versen sobre temas específicos de una determinada actividad o empresa. Además de hacerlos conocer al empleador interesado, deberán informarlo a los trabajadores de la respectiva empresa, de conformidad con lo que para tal fin disponga el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
