La participación individual no podrá exceder a la mitad del salario devengado o percibido durante el ejercicio financiero a que tales utilidades se refieren. Si hubiere exceso esté ingresará al Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Social, el cual destinará los recursos prevalentes de estos ingresos a la organización y sostenimiento del Seguro Social.
