El auxilio monetario por enfermedad no profesional de q ue tratan los artículos 227 y 228 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, se aplicará a los menores de dieciocho (18) años que sean trabajadores accidentales o transitorios, a los que trabajen en establecimientos artesanales que no ocupen más de cinco (5) trabajadores permanentes extraños a la familia del dueño y a los menores trabajadores del servicio doméstico.
