El funcionario respectivo del estado civil, tiene el deber de custodia de las actas complementarias que archivará y legajará en orden continuo numérico y cronológico, y encuadernará a la expiración de cada calendario. Mensualmente cada funcionario del estado civil, enviará a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y al Instituto de Bienestar Familiar, relación completa de las actas adicionales del registro de nacimiento de hijos naturales que haya extendido.
