º Los funcionarios que quisieren acreditar título universitario para los efectos de la reducción de tiempo mínimo de servicio, deberán adjuntar a la solicitud, la constancia del registro en el Ministerio de Educación Nacional o fotocopia del mismo debidamente autenticada ante Notario. Los títulos obtenidos en el exterior deben haber sido convalidados por el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior (ICFES) o el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
