La autoridad impedirá la fijación de carteles o de avisos o impresos murales en que se provoquen o instigue a cometer cualquiera de los delitos de que trata esta Ley, sus referentes y el Código Penal, y destruirá o retirara los que haya sido fijados, e impondrá a los responsables de la fijación, previo el procedimiento del Artículo 4o. de esta Ley, multas de cincuenta pesos ($ 50) a dos cientos pesos ($ 200), convertibles en arresto a razón de un día por cada tres pesos.
