Para atender al cumplimiento de esta ley se autoriza al Gobierno para hacer los traslados a que haya lugar en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, a fin de darle oportuna realización, traslados que podrá hacer hasta por la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00)
