El INPA, en coordinación con las demás entidades competentes, adoptará las medidas para poner en funcionamiento un sistema ágil y eficiente de comercialización que se denominará la Red Nacional de Comercialización de Recursos Pesqueros en concordancia con las políticas que para tal efecto señale el Ministerio de Agricultura.
