En defensa de la garantía constituida por el fuero sindical, los cargos ocupados por servidores públicos que gozan de esta protección, se mantendrán temporalmente vigentes en la planta de personal hasta la fecha de la ejecutoria de la Sentencia que autoriza el levantamiento del fuero sindical o el vencimiento del término de este fuero contemplado en la ley o en los estatutos.
