° Los Almacenes Generales de Depósito que se funden, estarán sometidos a la inspección y supervigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual dictará las disposiciones reglamentarias conducentes al eficaz ejercicio de esta facultad. Dicha oficina podrá exigir a los empresarios de Almacenes Generales que contribuyan con el honorario que aquélla fije para atender a los gastos de la inspección y supervigilancia, y queda autorizada para crear los empleos que ese servicio demande.
